Chandos House is a Grade I listed Georgian townhouse in Marylebone, Central London’s fashionable West End. The House was built between 1769 – 1761 by Robert Adam and following a £5 million project, many of its original features such as marble fireplaces, painted ceiling murals and crystal chandeliers have been restored. The period décor provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable wedding day celebrations.
Each room at Chandos House is licenced to hold civil marriage ceremonies for up to 80 people, as well as wedding breakfasts and receptions for up to 150 people; the entire venue can be hired exclusively.
There are five exquisite rooms, an outside Garden Terrace and 17 bedrooms; allowing you to base your entire celebration within our beautiful Georgian property.
A quiet haven in the middle of Central London’s bustling West End, the Garden Terrace offers a stylish and exclusive setting for a range of events. The Garden Terrace contains comfortable outdoor seating that allows guests to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The Garden Terrace is accessed via the James Adam Room or the Terrace Room, organisers may wish to hire the entire ground floor and enjoy exclusive use of the Garden for their event.
