A contemporary wedding at Château de la Croix des Gardes in Cannes that merged the timeless grandeur of the Riviera estate with a bold, sculptural floral concept. Inspired by the château’s sweeping terraces and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, the design centred on an all-white palette that created a striking contrast against the deep blue sea and lush gardens.
The team transformed the ceremony aisle into a living artwork, lining it with large-scale, fluid floral sculptures composed of thousands of white blooms. These organic forms echoed the movement of waves and clouds, creating a surreal garden installation that felt both modern and dreamlike.
At the altar, classical stone urns overflowing with cascading white flowers framed the bride against the horizon, while the expansive floral arrangements appeared to grow organically from the ground, blurring the line between landscape and installation. The bride’s elegant gown, with its sculpted bodice and voluminous skirt, mirrored the purity and texture of the surrounding florals, reinforcing the monochromatic aesthetic. As the ceremony unfolded at sunset, the sky shifted through soft pastel tones, enhancing the ethereal atmosphere and highlighting the contemporary romance set within a historic Mediterranean setting.
