To design a perfect, white wedding at Mar Hall near Glasgow in Scotland for professional footballer Robert Snodgrass and Denise McKenzie.

The bride absolutely loved white hydrangea and wanted to see them used everywhere alongside a multitude of candles and gold mirror accents.  Working within an existing marquee structure and local church, our London team took inspiration from the bride and created the most effortlessly luxurious white wedding design.

The Final Creation

Seeking inspiration from the soft, warm lighting in the ceiling of the marquee, our London team brought a multitude of candles onto each of the dining tables.  Using gold metallic accessories, crystal candle holders and thousands upon thousands of the most beautiful, fluffy white hydrangea flowers, we created a clean and contemporary wedding design that was as effortless as it was decadent.  Gold mirror table tops added an additional layer of refraction and dimension to the wedding breakfast marquee and hundreds of clear glass vases and accessories elevated the overall effect in the space to ensure a beautiful wedding scheme was brought to life.

Large and impressive domes of white hydrangea flowers were arranged atop clear glass vases with a multitude of hydrangea also added to the base of the table.  Using one single flower variety ensured an impactful and contemporary wedding design scheme that would add a touch of modernity to this romantic Scottish wedding.  A mix of long and round tables ensured visual variety throughout the marquee and a classic top table was filled with a contemporary runner of white hydrangea flowers.  White high gloss and gold dance floor and stages were then added to the marquee to finish the look.

After dinner, fireworks ensued over the picturesque backdrop of the Mar Hall Golf Resport & Spa grounds before Louisa Johnson took to the stage and helped guests party the night away.
