THE
BRIEF

To design a surprise birthday dinner at the iconic Tower of London for an intimate gathering of 14 guests.

The client loved rich autumn colours and wanted to design a warm and inviting scheme that would work harmoniously with the stone architecture of The Wakefield Tower.

The Final Creation

Sat prominently in the space, one long dining table, adorned with masculine green linens, wooden candlesticks befitting of such grand surroundings and a luxurious floral runner in orange, red and berry pink tones.  Stood in the alcoves, giant floor standing candelabra with cascading florals and hundreds upon hundreds of candles.  Scattered across the floor around the perimeter of the venue, tealight candles offered a soft glow as the evening drew in and made this historic tower feel like an intimate home.

Red ponies, red Naomi roses, scented coral sweetpeas and spring scabiosa all combined to offer a warm palette that embraced the spirit of the season and ensured the flowers smelt as good as they looked.
