Larry Walshe Studios conceived the floral design fora corporate Investor Day at The Plaza, New York, as a sophisticated dialogue between corporate precision and organic warmth. Set within the grandeur of the historic ballroom, the stage design balanced the crisp geometry of the brand backdrop with expressive, sculptural floral arrangements.

Oversized urns overflowing with autumnal blooms framed the stage, creating a visual anchor that softened the corporate environment while maintaining an elegant sense of formality befitting the occasion.

The design palette drew inspiration from warm, late-season hues—burnished apricot, soft blush, dusty rose, caramel, and copper—layered with muted greens and touches of ivory foliage. Garden roses, spray roses, and textural botanicals were combined with seasonal elements such as dried leaves, berries, and grasses to create depth and movement. The arrangements were deliberately abundant and asymmetrical, allowing blooms to cascade naturally from the vessels while maintaining a refined silhouette that complemented the stately architecture of The Plaza. Subtle lighting enhanced the warmth of the flowers, creating a gentle glow against the cool blue stage backdrop.
